In 1983, he established his first dairy in the town of Sazlıca and became an important brand in cheese production in Niğde. In 1991, it established its first factory in Niğde Organized Industrial Zone with a machine park with a daily milk processing capacity of 100 tons. With the investments made after 2001, it has reached a daily milk processing capacity of 150 tons. Bakkalbaşıoğlu continued its innovative role in the sector in 2012 and started the production of milk powder and whey powder. In our factory in Niğde Organized Industrial Zone, we produce different types of cheese and yoghurt groups, butter, cream, cream, ayran, pasteurized daily milk, milk powder and whey powder in a hygienic environment under the control of technical staff in the production and quality control department with the latest technology machinery. .
